Timeline

Most custom garments require a 6-8 week production and delivery window. Rush timelines may be available when confirmed before order approval.

Measurements

Measurements may be collected through an in-person consultation, a best-fitting garment sent to our team, or the non-contact measurement form.

Approval

Fabric, styling, measurements, payment, and final order details should be reviewed before production begins.

Travel

Nationwide service and group fitting travel may be available. Travel fees can apply depending on location and appointment scope.

Non-Contact Orders

For non-contact orders, Monarch Clothiers provides a $20 alteration discount on a future order when an eligible fit issue is verified by submitted photos.

Customers should inspect completed garments promptly and contact Monarch Clothiers with fit or order concerns as soon as possible.
