Ordering and Service Policies
Measurements
Measurements may be collected through an in-person consultation, a best-fitting garment sent to our team, or the non-contact measurement form. Customers are responsible for confirming that submitted measurements are complete and accurate.
Order Approval
Fabric, styling, measurements, payment, and final order details should be reviewed and approved before production begins. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible.
Travel and Appointments
Nationwide service and fitting travel may be available. Travel fees can apply depending on location, appointment scope, and scheduling requirements.
Non-Contact Fit Review
For qualifying non-contact orders, Monarch Clothiers provides a $20 alteration discount on a future order when a fit issue is verified through photos submitted to a Monarch Clothiers representative.
Garment Review
Customers should inspect completed garments promptly and contact Monarch Clothiers with fit or order concerns as soon as possible. Photos or additional information may be requested to review an issue.
Online Item Availability
Items ordered and paid for online through a non-contact purchase may occasionally be temporarily out of stock or back-ordered. Monarch Clothiers will confirm availability after stock is checked and communicate any delay, substitution, or next step directly with the customer.
