For garment-copy orders, the 6-8 week garment turn time begins 48 hours after the garment to be measured is received at Monarch Clothiers HQ.
Use the online measurement form to submit self-measurements, or measurements taken by a tailor or clothier near you who is not Monarch Clothiers staff.
If an adjustment is needed on a garment received through the non-contact order path, Monarch Clothiers provides a $20.00 complimentary alteration discount on a future order after photos of the issue are submitted to staff for verification.
In-person appointments give the most direct experience. Sending a garment is useful when you already own something that fits well. Non-contact measurements are convenient when distance or timing makes an in-person appointment impractical.
